Rewards, Points and Tiers

How do tiers work, and do they reset?

Tier status is based on total spend within a calendar year. Once you hit a tier threshold, you're locked into that tier for the remainder of the year plus the following year.

Birthday Blez Points

Silver-tier members and above can receive Blez Points as a birthday reward.

• Silver – 1,000 points required; includes 50 birthday bonus points; Silver Avatar Pack.
• Gold – 5,000 points required; includes 150 birthday bonus points; earns 50 monthly points; Gold Avatar Pack.
• Red – 25,000 points required; includes 500 birthday bonus points; earns 200 monthly points; Red Avatar Pack.
• Black – 100,000 points required; includes 1,000 birthday bonus points; earns 500 monthly points; Black Avatar Pack.
• Blezendary – 100,000 points required; includes 1,000 birthday bonus points; earns 500 monthly points; Blezendary Avatar Pack.

When do birthday rewards get added?

Birthday rewards are typically added on your birthday at 12:00 PM PT, provided your birthday is correctly entered under Profile & Settings and you meet the tier requirement (Silver tier or above).

I missed logging in on my birthday. Can I still receive the reward?

Yes. You have 30 days after your birthday to claim it. Just log in any time during that window and the reward will be waiting.

I did not set a birthday on my account. Can I still receive the reward?

Yes. If no birthday is set on your account, you will receive your birthday reward on Blez Online's birthday, July 21, instead.

I set my birthday but did not receive my reward. What should I do?
