Creating an account and verifying your identity

Sign up with your details, confirm your email, and complete identity verification (KYC) to unlock cashouts and high-value shipments.

Creating your account

Click Sign Up in the upper-right corner and fill in your first and last name, a username, an alias, your email, and a password. Review and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, then click Create Account.

Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click Confirm My Email. Once confirmed, your account is ready to go. We often run sign-up deals or promo codes for a discount on your first purchase, so check for a current offer.

To help make signup easy we also include one click signup through Google and Apple, from both desktop and mobile app.

Identity verification (KYC)

To cash out, or to ship higher-value items, you complete a one-time identity verification handled by our partner Plaid. You verify a phone number by text code and upload a valid, unexpired government ID that clearly shows your name and date of birth. Some international users are also asked to record a short selfie video.

If verification does not pass after multiple attempts, contact support and we can help you get it sorted.
