1. Overview

The products covered by this Sweepstakes are the Blez card-pack products, product lines, drops, series, or checklists expressly identified on the promotional schedule hosted at the Blez Online shop for the applicable Sweepstakes Period (each, an "Eligible Product"). Each Eligible Product's available card or collectible outcomes and odds are set forth in the applicable checklist linked from these Official Rules (each, a "Checklist"). Products, packs, or drops not expressly identified as Eligible Products for the applicable Sweepstakes Period are not included in this Sweepstakes.

These Official Rules apply only to the Eligible Products offered during the applicable Sweepstakes Period and do not apply to any other Blez products or offerings unless those products or offerings are expressly identified as Eligible Products in these Official Rules or in the applicable Checklist incorporated by reference into these Official Rules.

2. Sponsor

The sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Blezonline LLC ("Sponsor"), which may be contacted at npn@blezonline.com or BO Support, 6435 S Durango Drive, Suite 110-364, Las Vegas, NV 89113.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on July 1, 2026 at 12:00:00 am EST and ends on September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 pm EST (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The Sweepstakes Period is a fixed, quarterly promotional period and will not be modified once it begins except as required by applicable law. Sponsor's database clock will be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.

4. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry (each, an "Entrant").

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and each of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and anyone else connected with the production, administration, or fulfillment of this Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and to resolve any dispute regarding an individual's eligibility at any time. If, in participating in the Sweepstakes, an Entrant provides any false or misleading information, including with respect to the Entrant's identity, residency, mailing address, telephone number, email address, age, or other information required for entering the Sweepstakes, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify the Entrant.

All eligibility is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

5. Acceptance of Rules and Terms

Each Entrant agrees that they have reviewed and agree to abide by these Official Rules. Each Entrant also acknowledges that Sponsor's websites, services, and Blez Products are governed by Sponsor's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, as applicable. These Official Rules are final and binding in all respects and are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

These Official Rules govern the Sweepstakes but do not govern Sponsor's websites or services, which are governed by their own terms. In the event of a conflict between these Official Rules and any instructions or interpretations of these Official Rules given by an employee or agent of Sponsor regarding the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules shall prevail with respect to the Sweepstakes.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, including any applicable product checklist or odds disclosure incorporated by reference into these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, govern, and control with respect to the Sweepstakes; provided, however, that the applicable product checklist or odds disclosure shall govern the available card or collectible outcomes and odds for the applicable Eligible Product, pack, product line, or drop.

6. How to Enter

Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by (i) purchasing an Eligible Product during the Sweepstakes Period or (ii) submitting a mailed entry (an "Entry") via the no purchase necessary method below. Only the products identified in these Official Rules as Eligible Products are eligible for entry. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win a Prize, and any purchase of an Eligible Product will not increase an Entrant's chances of winning a Prize.

For a chance to obtain a Prize, at the same odds of receiving a Prize, an Entrant must hand-print in ink on a piece of paper their full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address, age, and the specific Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or checklist for which the Entrant wishes to enter, insert that paper into a standard business-size stamped envelope, and mail it to:

Upon Sponsor's receipt, verification, and processing of a valid mail-in Entry, Sponsor will assign the Entry a randomized outcome using the odds applicable to the corresponding Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or Checklist identified by the Entrant, as set forth in the applicable Checklist. Mail-in entries will be treated the same as purchase entries and will have the same odds of receiving a Prize for the applicable Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or Checklist.

Entries are limited to a maximum of 3 or 1 Entries, depending on the product class, per person per Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or Checklist during the Sweepstakes Period. Each Entry must be submitted in a separate envelope. Entries are limited to one (1) per envelope. Entry in this Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other sweepstakes, contest, waitlist, referral, leaderboard, or community milestone promotion.

The name of the person submitting the Entry must be the individual who completed the Entry. Entries that are forged, incomplete, illegible, altered, submitted by an individual who is not the Entrant, garbled, or generated by a macro, bot, or other automated means will not be accepted and will be void. No photocopies, facsimiles, or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, or postage-due Entries.

Entries will not be acknowledged, exchanged, modified, or returned, and may be retained by Sponsor for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, and maintaining records. Entries must be received by Sponsor during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Proof of mailing or submission of an Entry is not proof of actual receipt or acceptance of an Entry.

7. Consent to Communications

Each Entrant who submits an Entry consents to receive communications from Sponsor for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes. An Entrant who submits an Entry will not receive communications from Sponsor about other offers or promotions unless the Entrant separately and affirmatively consents to receive such communications independent of, and not as a condition of, participation in the Sweepstakes.

8. Odds

Odds of receiving a Prize are fixed for each Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or Checklist and are set forth in the applicable Checklist for that Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or Checklist, available below. Each Checklist identifies the available Prize-eligible outcomes and the odds of receiving each such outcome for the applicable Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or Checklist.

Each eligible Entry will have the same odds of receiving a Prize for the applicable Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or Checklist, regardless of whether the Entry is submitted via purchase or the no purchase necessary method.

Prize outcomes will be randomly distributed at the time of entry using the odds applicable to the corresponding Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or checklist, as set forth in the applicable Checklist. The available Prize outcomes and odds for each Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or checklist will be established before the Sweepstakes Period begins and will not be modified during the Sweepstakes Period, except as required by applicable law or to correct typographical, technical, or other non-substantive errors that do not materially reduce the odds or Prize opportunity available to eligible Entries already submitted.

9. Prize(s)

The Prize(s) available for each Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or Checklist are the premium card or collectible outcomes identified as Prize-eligible outcomes in the applicable Checklist for that Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or Checklist. Not every randomized outcome will result in a Prize.

To the extent Sponsor offers post-reveal options for a Prize, such as shipment, storage/vaulting functionality, or a Blez Offer/resale functionality, a Winner may be required to create a free Blez account to access or exercise those options.

Prize values may vary based on market conditions. Sponsor does not represent or guarantee that any Prize has or will retain any particular market value or resale value. A Winner, as defined below, will receive the card or collectible outcome assigned to the winning Entry for the applicable Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or Checklist, or a substitute Prize of similar rarity and type. Any value associated with a Prize may fluctuate due to market conditions and other factors beyond Sponsor's control.

Sponsor will not replace any lost, damaged, stolen, or undeliverable Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of a Winner to accept or use a Prize for any reason. No Prize substitutions or other consideration will be provided to a Winner, except in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a Prize or any portion thereof with a prize of comparable or greater value for any reason, including, without limitation, Prize unavailability.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE).

10. Winner Determination

Each eligible Entry will receive a randomized outcome during the Sweepstakes Period. For mail-in Entries, the randomized outcome will be assigned upon Sponsor's receipt, verification, and processing of a valid mail-in Entry. Outcomes are assigned through a randomization process that distributes Prize and Non-Prize outcomes for the applicable Eligible Product, pack, product line, drop, or Checklist using the odds set forth in the applicable Checklist. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "Non-Prize outcome" means an outcome that does not result in the award of any card, collectible, or other prize. An Entrant will be deemed a potential winner only if the Entrant's Entry receives a Prize outcome, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and may withhold or revoke any Prize awarded to an ineligible Entrant or an Entrant who fails to comply with these Official Rules.

11. Winner Notification

A potential winning Entrant will be notified via email by Sponsor and may be required to confirm the potential winner's name, mailing address, and any other information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and award the Prize. All potential winners are subject to verification.

A potential winning Entrant may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release and W-9 taxpayer request for identification (as required by the IRS) (collectively, the "Winner Documents"), within three (3) business days of the first attempted notification. Once eligibility has been verified and Sponsor receives a potential winning Entrant's requested information and any required Winner Documents, Sponsor will declare the Entrant a winner ("Winner") and will arrange to award the Prize to the Winner.

If a potential winning Entrant fails to respond to any notification attempt within three (3) business days, or if any attempted notification or Prize delivery is returned as undeliverable, or if a potential winning Entrant fails to complete and return any required Winner Documents within the specified time period, the potential winning Entrant may be disqualified and Sponsor may award the Prize to an alternate eligible Entrant in accordance with Sponsor's randomization process and these Official Rules.

If a Winner is unable to accept or otherwise rejects a Prize, Sponsor may award the Prize to an alternate eligible Entrant in accordance with Sponsor's randomization process and these Official Rules without any notice or liability to the prior Winner.

12. Publicity Release / Assignment of Rights

By accepting a Prize, the Winner grants Sponsor the right and permission, except where prohibited by law, to use the Winner's name, Prize won, likeness, photograph, voice, state of residence, and biographical information in any media throughout the world for purposes of advertising, online posting, promotion, and publicity in connection with the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation. In the event the granting of such rights is prohibited or limited by law, the Winner grants Sponsor the same rights and permissions to the maximum duration and extent permissible by law.

13. Use of Data

Any information that Entrants share with Sponsor, including information included on any entry form, may be used and disclosed by Sponsor and its agents, contractors, and service providers solely for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, awarding Prizes, maintaining Sweepstakes records, and communicating with the Entrant in connection with the Sweepstakes. Information collected from mail-in entries will be used exclusively for the administration of this Sweepstakes and will not be added to Sponsor's general marketing lists unless the Entrant provides a separate, independent, affirmative opt-in for such communications.

All information regarding Entrants collected by Sponsor and/or its agents, contractors, and service providers will be treated in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Any data discovered to have been collected from an ineligible minor will be deleted upon discovery.

14. Disqualification

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who is found to have tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; to have acted in violation of these Official Rules; to have submitted false, incomplete, forged, altered, software-generated, automated, or otherwise non-compliant Entries; to have attempted to enter using multiple identities, addresses, accounts, or other means intended to circumvent the entry limits; or to have acted in an unsportsmanlike, abusive, threatening, harassing, disruptive, or fraudulent manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

No incomplete, forged, software-generated, automated, or other non-compliant Entries will be accepted. Entries that exceed the stated entry limits set forth in these Official Rules may be disqualified.

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Limitation of Liability

By entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant represents and agrees, and agrees to confirm in writing if requested, to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, fulfillment providers, service providers, wholesalers and retailers, suppliers, and each of their employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, actions, and/or liability for any injuries, death, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any Prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related travel or other activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation, invasion of privacy, and merchandise delivery.

Each Entrant represents and agrees (and agrees to confirm in writing) to indemnify, release, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all liability, claims, loss, damage, injury or expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising in connection with any third-party action arising out of a breach or allegation which if true would constitute a breach of any of Entrant's representations, warranties or obligations herein. Each Entrant hereby acknowledges that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to a Prize. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a Prize (if any) are subject to the respective manufacturers' terms therefore, and Winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.

By participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims arising out of or relating to, including, but not limited to (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an Entry, accessing any applicable Checklist or odds disclosure, or accepting a Prize, including, but not limited to, any Sweepstakes-related website; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing or production errors; (iv) Sweepstakes administration, Entry processing, Prize awarding, or Prize fulfillment; (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of a Prize; or (vi) Entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes.

16. Modification / Force Majeure

In the event (i) a virus, bugs, technical failures, errors in any Checklist or odds disclosure, entrant fraud, or misconduct affect or corrupt the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) Sponsor deems it necessary to comply with the terms of use or terms of service of any applicable social media platform or in connection with changes to such terms; or (iii) Sponsor is prevented from awarding any Prize, administering any Entry or Prize outcome, or continuing with the Sweepstakes as contemplated herein due to events beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic or public health crisis (including pandemics), earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control, then Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor shall provide notice of any such modification, suspension, or termination via the Sweepstakes website or applicable Checklist. Any modification to the Sweepstakes Period must result in a new, defined end date and shall not result in a perpetual or indefinite promotion.

17. Taxes

The value of a Prize may be taxable to the Winner as income. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance, receipt, ownership, sale, transfer, or use of a Prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the responsibility of the Winner.

Each Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. A Winner must provide Sponsor with valid identification and a signed IRS Form W-9 or such other documentation as may be required by applicable law before any Prize will be awarded. Winners are encouraged to consult their own tax advisor regarding any tax implications of accepting, receiving, owning, selling, transferring, or using a Prize.

18. Disputes

By entering the Sweepstakes, including by submitting a mail-in Entry, Entrants agree to these Official Rules, including the dispute resolution provisions incorporated herein. All disputes concerning the construction, interpretation, validity, effect, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, will be resolved in accordance with Sponsor's Terms of Service, including the Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver provisions set forth in the Disputes with Blez section of the Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.

19. Winner's List

To obtain the name of a Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: BO Support, 6435 S Durango Drive, Suite 110-364, Las Vegas, NV 89113, within thirty (30) days after the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Period.

20. No Third-Party Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., any sports league, team, player association, player, athlete, entertainer, Collectors Universe, Inc. (including PSA), CGC, BGS, SGC, or any brand, supplier, manufacturer, retailer, grading company, or other entity associated with any Prize. Any references to such companies, individuals, trademarks, or products are used solely for identification purposes and do not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by the respective rights holders.

The use of any card title, player or character name, franchise name, grading company name, set name, trademark, team name, league name, player name, athlete name, entertainer name, image, likeness, or other identifying information in connection with any Prize is solely for the purpose of describing such Prize and is not intended to suggest any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement by the applicable rights holder.

If the Sweepstakes is promoted, administered, or conducted through any social media platform, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, or similar platforms, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that the Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with such platform; all information provided by Entrants is provided to Sponsor and not to such platform; and by participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants release and hold harmless such platform from any and all liability arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes, including the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prize. All questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.
